Thoughts on Killing Them Softly 2012.

Unlike TheFriendsOfEddieCoyle1973, it has no moment in which someone speak in (way of speaking by native Boston people). I don't understand why the director thought that a novel by GeorgeVHiggins can be made into a commentary on US PoliticsANDEconomy. The film was made in NOLA, not Boston, therefore has no (slight value sociological), which TheFriendsOfEddieCoyle1973 has and which I expected. The director probably thought that parallel can be made between the heist scene and the Economy turmoil at the end of Bush administration. I am sick and tired of assholes who try to draw parallels when none can be made, i.e. a novel by Higgins, which was published in 197? and greedy(s) and ruthless(s) businessmen and politicians in US. It will never "stand the test of time", as they put it. It is something one forgets after watching it once.
